Objective: To determine the frequency of Burnout Syndrome (BOS) and the difficulties that professionals
of the Rural Urban Marginal Health Service (SERUMS) will have Junín-2019, Peru. Materials and methods:
Cross-sectional study, where the study population was doctors and nurses being the final calculated
sample of 92; The Maslach Burnout Inventory-HS scale was used through a virtual form. Results: The
(52.2%) were male, range of age <25 years (43.5%), have no children (91.3%), live with their parents (52.2%),
educational level of secondary parents (30.4%); In addition (47.8%) it refers that it can have problems in the
refusal of attention, (65.2%) in the headquarter-encargaturas and (34.8%) in inputs-resources. The BSO rate was (8.7%); the (13%) presented a high level of emotional fatigue and (17.4%) depersonalization, in
addition (17.4%) a low level of personal fulfillment. Conclusions: There is a slight frequency of SBO in the
professionals of the Rural Urban Marginal Health Service
