Gestational Gigantomastia (GG) is a rare pathology, characterized by an excessive and disabling increase in breast tissue during pregnancy. Although generally benign, it can result in severe complications, especially in low-resource settings. We present the case of a 24-year-old pregnant woman from the district of San Andres-Pisco (Ica-Peru), Catholic, married, with obstetric formula G3P3003. She was diagnosed with gestational gigantomastia with severe complications due to bilateral bleeding pleomorphic breast ulcers and necrotic tissue, site of infectious foci that did not yield to medical treatment. A simple right mastectomy was performed after cesarean section, along with periodic dressings and antibiotic therapy for the left breast.
