Revista Medica Panacea publishes all its articles under an open access model, based on the principles and recommendations of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI, 2002).

The Revista Médica Panacea (RMP) is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all stages of the scientific publication process. In accordance with international guidelines established by leading organizations such as the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), el Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), el Council of Science Editors (CSE) y la World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).

Revista Medica Panacea does not charge authors for the evaluation or publication of their accepted articles.

Revista Medica Panacea is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Authors grant Revista Medica Panacea the right to disseminate the article through any means it deems appropriate.

Authors retain the right to share, copy, distribute, perform, and publicly communicate their article, or parts thereof, provided they cite the original publication in the journal. 

Authors may archive the following in their institutional repository:

The graduate thesis from which the published article is derived.
The pre-print version: the version prior to peer review.
The post-print version: the final version after peer review.
The publisher's version: the final version created by the editor for publication.
